Hotel pickup and transfer to Can Tho or Cai Be

Pick-up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to the embarkation point. Board the Mekong Eyes around noon with a welcome drink and cabin tour. Lunch is served as the boat sets off.

Afternoon

Village stroll through orchards and rice fields

Disembark for a guided walk through a local village, fruit orchards and rice fields. Meet friendly locals, taste fresh tropical fruits and discover everyday Mekong life.

Sunset

Sunset drinks and dinner on board

Return on board for sunset over the magnificent water landscape. Enjoy a drink at the bar, then dinner as the boat anchors for the night.

Board a sampan to explore Cai Rang, the region's busiest and most lively market. Marvel at the abundance of exotic fruits, vegetables and local products. Pull up to the merchant boats to talk and bargain.

Late morning

Candy factories, sampan canals and ship-building yards

Visit local candy and cake-making factories then row through the green waterscape on a small sampan to see local houses, verdant orchards and the wooden ship-building yards.

Afternoon

Cruise and village excursion

The boat resumes its journey as lunch is served. In the afternoon another side trip takes you to one of the exotic villages along the river.

One last sampan trip into the lush rural landscape — fertile fields, exuberant greenery and hidden canal life before returning to the pier.

Disembarkation and return to Ho Chi Minh City

The cruise ends at the pier. Lunch at Mekong Rest Stop (even dates) or Vinh Long (odd dates), then transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City. Drop-off at your hotel.
